When it rains due to the way they have the slab the covered area takes a bit of water. Was here with my family and it started to rain fairly bad. Before we could leave the floor had a bit of water. The area in general is nice with a grill and lots of open field and beautiful trees. Available to rent for an event if needed found that cool. Also a big open field next to it that looks great for football or soccer in the summer with friends.
