Sleek Lofts

No AC in the winter, limited heating in the winter. Smokers live in every other apartment, and many of them smoke inside. Building is also not safe with homeless people in-and-out with ABSOLUTELY NO SECURITY precautions taken by management. Avoid this place.

Didn't tell me when I moved in that the air conditioner had been out for well over six months. Sadly I still have another 9 months on my lease. Wouldn't have rented this apartment had I known there was no air conditioning and as a result the whole building would smell like garbage 2/3 of the time.

My experience at Sleek lofts has been great! Even though there were some repairs that needed to be addressed shortly after moving in, Valerie and her maintenance team were very communicative and quick to get them resolved. Also big thanks to John, Quintin, and Tony for their hard work as well!

Mike Rosenberg threatened to evict tenants during a global pandemic. While simultaneously failing to fix the air conditioning for over 9 months. DO NOT RENT HERE.

The landlord is threatening to evict me during the COVID-19 Pandemic after I have explained that I lost my job. Mike Rosenberg was rude, unwilling to listen, and not willing to work with me.

Just because Sleek Lofts is managed by a property management company now doesn't give the original owners the right hold tenant deposits without good reason or communication. Maybe that's why Sleek sets a deposit lower than the market average, they have no intention of paying it back.

Had a major facilities overhaul of lock system and laundry facilities two years ago and ever since the staff has been quick to respond to issues and clearer to communicate with the residents only speaking for myself.
