A little over a week ago I drove a friend of mine to the Sleep Number store for a meeting with Taggert Fairbanks. I sat, watched and listened to how he treated my friend, Bev, and I can honestly say he had some of the best customer service skills I have seen in years. He explained everything to Bev, helped her navigate the apps on her phone that she would need and made sure he answered all of her questions. I was so impressed with Taggert’s demeanor and would recommend him to anyone that is considering purchasing a Sleep Number bed. This gentleman is an asset to the company!
Just a shout out and props to Lala who made the process to purchase easy and without pressure. We will get the bed after a bit but the options and warranty have been top notch and from this point I feel confident we and our sleep are good hands.
Buyer Beware!!! First of all, even though you cannot take home any actual beds from this store and you pay for shipping from where ever these beds are made, you also pay an additional fee just because the store is in Alaska. The second thing is that they cannot support the products they sell. Our bed, after just over 5 years, is unable to maintain the air pressure correctly and must be constantly adjusted manually. When I called to discuss this with them, they said I needed to purchase a new pump for $133. They told me the pump was in stock and would ship in 3-5 days. Over 8 weeks later, I still don't have a new pump. They were quick to charge my credit card though. The charge was almost instantaneous. I called after 6 weeks and they couldn't tell me anything except claim supply chain shortages. A pretty convenient excuse these days. I called them again after waiting 8 weeks, and got the same excuse. I finally had them cancel the order, and issue a refund since I can only contest a charge on my credit card within 60 days. I have no more trust for this company. I will never purchase anything from them again.
Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable sales team, easy process selecting mattress and base, Lala made us feel welcome and we were well taken care of.
I was under the impression that I had a full 100 days for a full refund minus a restocking fee. I called to return the mattress and the base, but was told the adjustable base wasn't returnable and that was the expensive part $3000. I was never told this but the customer service rep kept saying I signed the legal document. I was planning on buying another bed down the road but after this I will never be a customer again and I will steer as many people away as i possibly can from sleep number. I will make sure they miss out on future customers.
Extremely customer service oriented and knowledgeable about the different mattresses, the bases and thoroughly explained the delivery process and how the warranty works. Lala was exceptional and she is definitely someone that I would recommend talking to if you want the breakdown of their products without feeling the pressure to purchase. We were very impressed with her customer service and ended up getting a new bed. We are so excited to sleep in our new bed!
David was a spectacular salesman, was incredibly informed, and helped me select the perfect system for my wife and I. Thanks again David!
I went in to the sleep number store, Mai greeted me at the door and walked me through step by step, trying out different mattresses, figuring out my sleep number, as well as all the operational features of the beds and frames. A very thorough and easily understood process with her assistance. I was in and out of the store in an hour.
Great one on one service showing all beds and features. Very professional! Highly recommended!
