Came in for a simple bang trim (after another salon had messed them up) and I showed her a picture of the bangs I wanted. They were rounded. My stylist said, "Okay, so you want them just under your eyebrows, and you want them rounded, right?" After I said yes, that's exactly what I want, she cut them way above my eyebrows. And one side is rounded off (not to the extent I wanted), but the other isn't and is just straight.

First time going in for my son's haircut on 11-18-17, the lady did an ok job but, she really didn't even touch the front part of his hair, 2nd thoughts on ever going back in.

Thank you so much Charlene!!! I have extremely unmanageable hair. I came in there and you listen to me and you walk me through step by step of what you were doing. You gave me a haircut that I just love and it's easy for me to manage and I'm not spending hours in the bathroom trying to get it to stay down.
