Wow, this experience with Abby at the Plymouth, MN location was beyond top notch! I got in last minute on a Sunday and when I arrived she was on schedule, so that was nice. After going over the look I was trying to achieve, I received a brief head and neck message with some type of oil, and then when getting my hair shampooed I received a hand massage too. It was so relaxing! I enjoyed my overall conversation with her while she did my hair. She was very pleasant to he around. When I left i was extremely satisfied with my hair. The best haircut I've had in years. I already have my next apt booked! :)

Saw Shana today. Totally transformed my hair from old and worn out to new vibrant and beautiful I didn't even have to show her a picture she just went right to work and created exactly what I wanted! and was amazingly sweet, nice and great to talk to. Highly recommend this salon service was friendly helpful and courteous felt right at home

Amazing service and outstanding talent. Especially Christal B. I have very thick curly coarse hair and she knew exactly how to tame it, cut it properly and color it perfectly. She was not intimidated by my hair at all - unlike the other salons especially the one on Zane Ave in Brooklyn Park. After my old hairdresser moved from downtown, it took me decades to find a talented stylist who understands my crazy hair! If you are a Curly Girl, I HIGHLY recommend Christal B. Furthermore, her beautiful smile is contagious. You are the best Christal. Thank you for making me look and feel beautiful.♥️

I have been a New Reflections customer for years. I saw a newer and experienced stylist at my last visit, Joseph. He was AMAZING. Knew just what I needed and gave a color, cut and style service that absolutely fit. Felt like he had been doing my hair for years. Looking forward to seeing him next time.

Started going here about a year ago to get a cleaner look for a wedding I was in. They recommended Ashley Rae and have been going back to her ever since. Definitely would recommend making an appointment. She is very friendly and helpful with anything you need. I was a bit nervous my first visit to a salon but she helped me decide what would be a good look to go for and I have been extremely happy ever since. The entire staff is great and helpful with anything you might need.
