Went in for a simple cut for my son, a simple "fade" as some call it. We asked for a 2 on the sides and a trim on top and bangs. It took 2 stylists to fix his crooked bangs, which ended up being chopped to the top of this forehead line, still noticeably crooked. I had to ask that she make his sideburns even, after she sent him off to us. An extremely simple cut turned into a nightmare. Now, my 11 year old son will have to buzz his hair extremely short and hope it grows back even. I'll call their manager, Connie, in the morning just to bring it to her attention. I couldn't imagine going in as a woman wanting a drastic change and coming like I let my 5 year old cut my hair for me. Terrible.

The staff is friendly and they did a great job on my hair, I couldn’t think of a reason not to give 5 stars
