Smiles Family Entertainment exceeded my expectations. They arrived early & their staff was professional! They were priced the best amongst everywhere else I checked for bounce houses! I will definitely be a returning customer! Thank you for making my son's birthday memorable!

OMG!!!!! I have had the best experience using Smiles Family Entertainment. Once again they came out on time, was professional and fun. I used them for my grandson's 1st birthday party which was awesome and now for his 3rd which was even better. The character (Marshall from Paw Patrol and Dallas) was engaging with the kids and parents alike. Everyone ask me how I found them. Hats off to Smiles Entertainment. I would make up an event just to use them!!

I’ve booked with this company two years in a row. The bus was nice and clean, came with drinks and a nice sound system. The first year they were an hour late. Gave them another shot. Second year they were an hour late with no call. Driver was snappy and tried to blame their lateness, & lack of contact on me by stating that I told them the location too late and that I changed the date. If changing the date was a problem, the staff shouldn’t have allowed me to change the date. If you’d like your customers to give you the location at a certain time (ex. 2-3 days prior to event etc.) then make that a policy. He also acted as if he was doing me some type of favor. He was snappy with me until my boyfriend walked up. Hmmm... Bottom line I won’t book this company for any future events and I don’t recommend them to anyone.

Very nice setup for kids parties. Good service. Nicely decorated.

We rented a bounce house from them today and it was great. They showed up when they said they would and were in and out. No issues just easy. I will be looking at using them in the future.
