Smoothie King

This mornings drive through was long, I pulled out of line to order inside thinking it would be faster. To my surprise one person was running the drive through, walk in customers and online orders. She did an amazing job at handling it all alone and my complaint is not with her. Smoothie King you should offer better customer service by employing the right amount of staff. I waited 20 minutes for my smoothie and that should not be. Please hire one other person and treat staff better by not putting so much on them. That is why people leave their employers.

Smoothies are delicious, as always, and we love them. Today and yesterday this location was seriously lacking in service. Extended wait times (20 mins) for 2 small smoothies, 1 customer inside in front of us, the drive thru was continuously helped before us, and one car even left the drive thru and was never helped. Only one employer was working both days and just had no motivation to get a move on and serve the next customer. Probably will stick with another location.

The smoothies are pretty hit or miss. It depends on who is making them. They also like to close before the scheduled time; and chat in the back while ignoring the customers out front.

Open at 10:00? Just kidding. They are closed whenever they feel like it. It’s noon. Where are you? At least leave a sign on the door.

I was there the other day, and I had a very great experience, the employees name was jacob. He was super nice, and helped me find exactly what i was looking for, since i had never been to a smoothie king before. Rock On Jacob
