Good location. Friendly staff and some tasty smoothies.

This store is conveniently located right near the Farragut North metro. The cashiers were friendly and worked quickly. There are so many flavors to choose from, so there’s definitely something for everyone. This is a great option for a healthy treat on a hot day.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. I stopped by this location two days in a row and still managed to not get a smoothie! One day the credit card machine is down, and the next the young lady that was working literally just turned around and walked to the back as I was trying place my order. I’m more than positive I will never visit this location again.

The smoothies is on point, staff is polite and respectful. I will say it's something about them that keeps me coming, they never disappoint when I come around. Quick story, There was a emergency I had to attend to and I just paid, they hold my order for about 20mins and the smoothie was still chilled. Thank you again.

The staff works very well. The product is the problem. Only fat free milk is available but they have ice cream as an add-on. No blackberries. I went for the peanut power added blue berries pecan ice cream and spinach. It looked grey and horrible just like I'm used to when I make a similar blend at home don't judge me, it's delicious. No flavor whatsoever! No sign of peanut nor bananas, no sign of the berries or pecan ice cream. It's supposed to have dates, not that I was able to tell. The spinach of course is not there for flavor. Btw, I had mint gum the same day and was able to perceive taste just fine. Just in case. I think it's mostly powder based. Which is garbage of course. The texture was grainy and not smooth in the least. A little on the thick side so the straw collapsed on itself initially until the heat of the day brought the consistency to the right point. The temperature was just right. Cold enough to be refreshing and not too much that you get a brain freeze. Do not plan on returning. Business should get real milk, more berry types, fresh ingredients and proper straws. Keep the staff. Paid $10 for a bad product which I can blow out of the water at home with fresh ingredients and a fraction of the cost. Shame on me.

Came in to get a smoothie from this location and it was delicious the young lady did very good I’ll be visiting very soon

Hello DC I just wanna keep it simple I go to this place at least twice a week the pm stuff very nice and friendly exactly knows what’s Turbinado but the AM stuff very uncomfortable and annoying ,rude Just tho you know thank you

Could've been a little cleaner but since they only had 1 person there I can't complain. Just as great as any other smoothie king.

The guy working on Thursday, July 22 in the morning was so rude and not helpful at all. I tried to ask for flavors and recommendations and he just stared at me like he had no clue what I was saying. Definitely not coming back to this location. Even when I mentioned this was my first time here he just looked at me and said “oh ok” As a customer you like feeling like you’re being helped, and this wasn’t the case here. This guy was rude, rude, rude and not helpful. And the smoothie was nasty.

I’m from Texas and the staff was super friendly and awesome. Quintana and Joe were great love employees that are super helpful and personable. A++
