The customer service is fantastic. Due to weather conditions out of their control, my original tour had to be changed. There was no hoops to jump through. They kept me informed at each step and refunded me for the changes. The staff was friendly and fun to spend time with. The tour itself was a blast. It was a unique experience. I would recommend it to anyone. The snowmobiles are easy to operate and maintained very well so that you have nothing to worry about. The price was not outrageous either. Though it is a little expensive, it is comparable to other outdoor/adventurous activities so I had no complaints with that.

Everyone working there was extremely helpful and very patient. They made sure you knew exactly what you were doing before they took you up into the mountain. Definitely a first class operation. And if you are trying to decide between singles or doubles, single rider is the way to go. The snowmobile is bumpy and moves around a lot. The passenger may not enjoy the ride. It's worth driving. Makes for a great experience.

My boyfriend and I did the 2 hour back country tour and we had the absolute best time. Well worth the money. We had brand new snowmobiles. The larger group got split into 3 smaller groups so it was more personal. Us two were paired with another couple and we had our own tour guide. Our guide was incredibly nice. Very knowledgeable. Made us feel safe and comfortable. He even took pictures for us part way through our tour. It was so much fun and such a great experience. I definitely recommend the 2 hour tour (as opposed to the 1 hour tour) and I recommend each person get their own snowmobile to ride as it’s really a blast and not hard to control at all. I would absolutely do this again and recommend it to everyone.

We took the 1 hour mountain tour. Scott was our tour guide. He was the best!! They provide all the gear you need for the cold weather. Their super warm boots is included for free, and their full body suit was available for a $10 rental fee. We went in -5 degrees weather, and their winter gear did a perfect job protecting us from the cold. Their Equipment is new and top notch!! Bonus: Heated handle bars to keep your hands warm... The views are awesome!

This place was great the staff were amazing and the lesson was short and to the point. They went over everything that was important from the safety to what to expect on the snowmobile. My instructor Scott was the best he took his time and even let us do our own thing at times. He stopped for us to take pics on the trail and even offer to take pics of everyone. This was one of my favorite experiences in Vermont.
