I called because the office is closed for in-person services. I asked a simple question about Spanish speaking representatives for a client of mine, the Customer Service representative was very unprofessional and disrespectful in his response. This is not the way you should treat clients.
I called them several times to order a replacement card and they hung up on me everytime. Very rude, very unprofessional!

I've been trying to find out why my SSI hasn't posted to my account. It was due to go on my account on the 23rd. No money yet. My phone is going to get turned off if I don't get money by tomorrow. I can't talk to anyone. This is ridiculous. I don't understand why they can't have people there to help us
