Social Security

It was horrible to talk to the employees here. I have been calling about the replacement card and every time they are very very rude and unhelpful. We contacted other SSN office in Louisville and they have been very helpful. We decided to go to other office for our work, even though this branch is within one mile of our house.

They were closed to the public due to covid.

The employees are very rude I called times and was hung up on when I finally got to an employee they were very rude and down right don’t care about helping anyone!

The agent i spoke with on the phone was very rude she yelled at me and hang up on me even though they say it’s on recorded line !! Not professional at all !!!

Today Jamie B. took her time looking certain information up for me and just being patient with me and making sure that all my info was in the MySocialSecurity portal. Didn’t feel rushed at all. Superb service.

I have ran into good employees and not so good employs of this office. I know they are very overworked however their treatment of individuals could definitely be better. There is no good way to communicate with anyone there. And the wait is up to 2 and a 1/2 hours long most days. It's a long haul to stay and see anyoneI

Expected to spend half the day here. Surprise! Fast. Efficient. Pretty good crowd. Still got out in less than 45 minutes. Joanne was fantastic.

Went on Tuesday around 2:30, got my number, waited 30 minutes and off to resolution. High praises for room number 7, found a workaround when the computers acted up, and out the door in 15. Surprised went smoothly.
