I can always find what I'm looking for and more. Such a lovely shop and everyone is friendly. Would highly recommend. Especially for women who want to find a great bra or something sexy to wear.

I was SO nervous about shopping for new bras, since I gained a ton of weight in the past year. I was convinced I wouldn’t like anything, nor would I have a good time throughout the process. I’m glad to say I was so wrong! Gwyn did an excellent job fitting me and picking out a wonderful assortment of bras. Walked away with 4 new bras that make me feel sexy and confident. Thank you to Sol and Gwyn for making my experience amazing!

Knowledgeable employees who listened to my feedback and provided me with beautiful, well-fitting bras to try on. After the neglectful season of COVID and cheap bras, I’m excited to be entering into this new world of bras that actually fit. I’ll be back for more asap!

I drove 1 1/2 hours for a 12noon, 1 hour, appt with Skye. I arrived on time, was greeted upon entry, told that Skye was finishing up with another customer, would be with me shortly. I browsed the lingerie in the shop as I waited. Soon another lady called me back to the fitting room, & told me she would be helping me. I told her I made my appointment with Skye & was expecting her to help me. She told me she would be helping me today, that they were swapping customers. She directed me into a fitting room, told me to remove my shirt & she would be right back. I was left standing in a fitting room, no explanation of what theprocess would be or what I could expect during the appointment. It bothered me that I drove for 1 1/2 hours for a pre scheduled appointment, to buy 5 bras, just to be handed off to someone else, & left alone in a fitting room, with no explanation. I left & went to Macy's bra dept to buy my bras.

To be honest, I have never set foot inside SOL Lingerie, so you might think I have no business writing a review for the store. Ah, but you would be wrong there! I actually DO have a "behind the scenes" perspective that is important to share. You see, I know the two sisters who own and manage this business, Cindy and Jeanie. Without actually visiting SOL, I can still give it my strongest recommendation. Cindy and Jeanie are honest, hard-working, smart, and caring. They are ethical. They are down-to-earth, warm, thoughtful, and fun. And apparently, according to friends of mine who actually HAVE been in the store - yes, happy customers all! - Cindy and Jeanie also have very, very good taste in lingerie. I think stores and shops and entire businesses, big and small, reflect their owners. Because I know Cindy and Jeanie, I know that SOL is a great place, and that it is well worth your consideration. If you're the type of person that would actually go inside, that is!

This is definitely a get what you pay for situation. I went for a bra fitting when I was eight weeks pregnant and had no idea how to navigate my changing body. The ladies at Sol made me feel so welcome and comfortable and were incredibly encouraging. I was fitted for a size that would fit me for the duration of my pregnancy, which would also avoid having to buy bras every couple of months! I now feel comfortable and confident. Thank you!

I've been going to Sol for many years and for so long I felt good every time I walked out of the store. Every time I've interacted with the owners they're friendly and helpful. However, my last two interactions there have been awful and sadly I don't think I will be back. Last year I went to buy swimsuits and the woman made a number of comments about how it's hard to find swimsuits for someone so small and then made comments about eating disorders. I took this to mean she was implying I have an eating disorder, which I do not. I brushed it off as a bad day for her and let it go. Then yesterday I called to change my address and inquire about when their 15% off sale would occur. The woman was SO rude on the phone and treated me like I'm a peasant for inquiring about buying expensive products on sale. Apparently they don't do the sale anymore, which is fine, but there is a nice way of saying that. Needless to say, I don't plan to return to the store.

This place never ceases to amazing me it's already impossible to find my size and they always have it. And the staff top notch I love the beautiful ladies that help with the fittings. Today I was in a rush trying to see if I could snag a bra quickly and the woman who helped me before remembered me and my size and got me what I needed in under 15 mins while helping another customer I can not stress how amazing she is and definitely the reason I keep coming back to this cute shop!! <3

Honestly expected more for their prices. I booked an hour long fitting appt and went in just to be handed 2 bras, with zero actual fitting, and no education or feedback from the employee doing the fitting. When I went in the employee asked what size bra I wear and what my complaints were then went to find me bras before I had even taken my shirt off so she never actually saw how my current bra was fitting. Then she came back with 2 bras for me to try, didn’t ask if I was ok with her helping me put the bras on, and just asked how they felt and when I said they felt ok she just asked right away if I would be purchasing them. No feedback on what she thought, no further questions to find out if everything was actually fitting the way it should, and no other options besides the 2 she brought in. All together the hour appt lasted 15 minutes and part of that was me waiting to be shown to a dressing room. I ended up buying one of the bras which honestly from the start I thought was very expensive for what it was but I had hope that maybe the fitter knew what she was doing and this would be my new favorite bra. I washed it and wore it the next day only to end up with bruises because the bra only fits when I am standing/sitting up straight and any slouching or twisting causes the strap to dig painfully into my arm/shoulder. Very disappointed that I spent all that money on a bra to get mediocre, rushed service and a poorly fitting bra. I will be attempting to return it because there is no way I will be wearing it ever again. Honestly I felt like what I wanted was not even a factor in this fitting and she was not interested in actually helping me find a comfortable bra. I also noticed while looking at the online site that there are very very few options for curvy girls, even in clothing.
