I moved here a couple of months ago and I am so pleased! My apartment is amazing the landscape is beautiful the whole staff is so amazing everyone in the office is so caring and helpful! Maintenance comes immediately for any reason! I am truly blessed to live here I am very grateful Thank you Solana Vista!

My family and I are apartment hunting and Solano Vista was #1 on our list, the property is beautiful very well kept, great amenities, the office staff was amazing, very professional and  eager to help me and my family get into our new home! I’m couldn’t be more excited to move in! Definitely recommend SOLANO VISTA!!

Rude, unfriendly and not willing to work with tenants. Laundromats always broken. Security gates broken. Homeless and drug addicts in and around the buildings. Property manager in apartment 603....Rosa has like 13 people living in her studio apartment who are not on the lease. BEWARE. They only want money at ur expense.

Nice place clean and no issues

So happy to be leaving this place next week. No matter how clean you keep your place, there’s still roaches!!! The sprays didn’t work & bombing didn’t work. I have a newborn & these apartments aren’t  clean enough for families. The new management seems nice but definitely not worth the money or time.
