These apartments are an excellent value for the price and location. It also feels very safe. The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. Property is well maintained.
Not bad. My apartment was clean and the grounds are well kept. There’s also a nice park area. I wish the office was easier to contact by email or text. Instead of having to go down there.
I’ve almost been here for a year and don’t have any issues. Anything I do reach out to the office for is always handled in a timely manner. They are always so friendly as well. Martin is great about keeping the complex taken care of!! Thank you guys!

Stillwater is a fantastic place to live at a reasonable price. There’s a plethora of amenities, the staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond, and the areas are always well-landscaped.
Ive been here for almost a year I like it here because its very Friendly, Pet Friendly, and very quiet and maintenance are very fast of fix stuff they come right away. Martin Maintenance is the Best one, Thank you Regina for helping me your the Best 10 stars for you

Stillwater is nice apt in the ghetto i would not recommend this place unless you want to end up back in the prison
