Solar Safe Pool Covers

We have a large heart shaped diving pool. Their installation was professional and took only a few hours to complete. They showed us how to fold the cover and store it. We have large pine trees that shed and drop pine cones. The cover has made a world of difference in water savings and pool maintenance. I would highly recommend this company.

Great service and amazing product. I have no fear with the cover on of a drowning. We have had ours for over a year now and I would recommend anyone with a pool get one. The time and money saved over the years on chemicals/cleaning/system run time alone will pay for our cover. The covers are custom built to your pool making it efficient on keeping debris out and ensuring optimum safety. Easy to put on and remove. They provide you with the tools required and a special adapter to be able to operate the cover with only one person if needed. I will say again the service was amazing. They very promptly came out free of charge to add additional anchor points around the perimeter at our request. I will be reconnecting this company to all that I know who own a pool with and without children.

We have had our cover for about two years and we absolutely love it. We have a large, deep pool that is surrounded by ficus trees. It is wonderful to not worry about vacuuming out all of those leaves in the winter time and to be able to cancel our pool service. My husband and I are able to remove and replace the cover together, definitely a two person job but not a big deal. We clean it a couple of times a year. It is so nice to have for safety but more importantly to keep the pool covered in the off season. I highly recommend this cover!

Professional and friendly service. The pool cover turned out amazing. No high pressure sales, which was nice. The techs arrived on time and were very effective and efficient with their workmanship. My husband and I were impressed with how quickly they were able to get things done.

Had Solar Safe Pool covers install an insulated pool cover in January. It works great. Started heating the pool and with this cover I can maintain a comfortable water temp. Even on a cold night the water temp only drops a couple of degrees at most. Have been able to use our pool so much more earlier in the season. Just love it.

The cover was made on site to fit perfectly, and the technicians did an amazing, high-quality job. We are more than impressed with the results. What a great experience. They came out and measured gave a great accurate quote and quickly were able manufacture and install my pool cover. I couldn't be more happy with the look and more importantly the safety it provides my grand kids.

My pool and landscaping are my husbands work of art, but after 15 years, Palo verde and ironwood trees drop litter constantly, wind or no wind, year around. Sometimes it just leaves and dirt and some season it's blossoms and pods also. My neighbors have a Bougainvilla forest which peppers my yard with pink flowers all year long. The daily maintenance was insane and the cost of pool chemicals since COVID is a crime. I needed a serious break from the whole fiasco, especially since no one uses the pool anymore. Thank goodness I found Solar Safe. The sales rep Jeff was wonderful and the guys that made the cover and installed it were so courteous and professional. Hibernation mode is a dream come true! I am very happy and satisfied with the solar safe pool cover. It helps not to have flying leaves in the pool. I was very satisfied with the the crew that came to Sierra Vista to install the cover.

I have held off writing this review until now, because I received an email stating a free bottle of pool conditioner if I wrote an honest review. This is a good pool cover but it doesn't quite live up to the claims and warranty stated when I purchased in September of 2020. The whole family and I could stand on it, and we are happy. However in December of 2020 there was a rainstorm that damaged my pool cover see pictures below. When I called Solar Safe Pool Covers they said they would come by to assess the damage, and provide an estimate for the repair. The warranty was to last 8 years, so when I was given a bill for $205 I was surprised, especially since I just paid $4,000 a few months earlier for the cover. Anyway I paid in protest, because a damaged cover was no good to me. Overall I believe the cover is strong enough to protect my family, however read the fine print of the warranty, and take the claim that you could park your car on it with grain of salt.
