Complete Pool Care

We used several pool cleaning companies in the Valley prior to using Complete Pool Care and were always let down with bad customer service, uncaring technicians and just bad work. We have a large, older pool that has had a lot of problems. We were almost resigned to just living with a green pool because we were tired of dealing with bad pool cleaning companies. Complete Pool Care saved the day! They have, far and away, been the best pool cleaning service we have ever used. Javier and his team have excellent customer service skills and are quick to respond. Our pool tech, Rodney, is amazing and obviously cares about his work. After a particularly bad monsoon storm, and without a working pool cleaner our fault, Rodney spent a long time making sure our pool was sparkling and ready to use. Complete Pool Care is the only pool cleaning service I would recommend.

I used them for several years. Lately they stopped showing up. My pool is green. Their email and phone messages are a black hole. I guess they have too much business to handle.
