Immediate Pool Builders

So after going through a few different companies on the phone and talking. Steve who owns Immediate Pool was our first contractor out to do a consultation, from the get go he was straight forward and just a great guy to work with. Stephanie was a joy to work with as well they were fast to reply get our design and work with us every step of the way. I reccomend them 100% to anyone whose looking to add a pool or redo their current pool! Great company and they dont push you to upsell you on items! If I could give them more stars I would do so!

After interviewing several pool companies we hired Immediate Pools to install a pool at our new home. They worked with us on the design of the pool and water feature to get to the pool we wanted. Once we were able to begin construction, the process went smoothly. Steve did a wonderful job of communicating the progress and schedule during construction. The pool turned out wonderfully and was just what we expected and wanted. The project was finished on schedule and on budget. I would not hesitate to recommend Immediate Pools to anyone wanting a new pool.

Immediate Pool Builders did an awesome job remodeling our existing pool. Steve the owner and Kellie office manager were very responsive and great to work with. Steve followed up daily to make sure crews were completing work as directed. Kellie would email and phone us almost every day to let us know the schedule and who to expect at our house and at what time. The entire process took a little over 4 weeks and went smoothly. Our pool looks fantastic! Steve is the real deal. He is a licensed pool contractor who has the skill, knowledge and crews to build a pool with every possible feature. Don't be fooled by alleged pool contractors who may know how to do tile, or pour concrete decks. Steve is the total pool contractor! He said he could remodel our entire pool and he did! I would recommend him to anyone from a total make over to simple cosmetic enhancements. No job is to big or to small. Thanks Steve and Kellie!

I'll preface this review by saying that I haven't had a pool built by this company. This is a flat out warning about what you expect from Steve and the contractor's he hires. My neighbor just had a pool built by Immediate Pools. Since construction began, Steve's workers trucks left oil stains all over the street in front of my year old home. The bobcats they used ran in between our property and crushed my irrigation lines. Also, his people tied ropes to the block wall in between our homes and caused damage to the blocks. When i confronted my neighbor about this he explained that no longer has an office staff and that we should get together about fixing the wall.
