I called Pool Agency in a panic. The filter was full and had a huge plug. I couldn't get the cap off. The pool was turning green. I received immediate service and they even followed up tho make sure everything was good. It was worth the price paid which was very fair! The staff was professional and informative. They showed me how to clean the filter. I hired them immediately to clean my pool on a weekly basis! They use their own chemicals so I don't have to have piles of them in my garage. I'm happy with their FIVE STAR SERVICE!

When I bought my house in December 2011, I was a first-time home buyer and a first time pool owner. I had no idea what it took to maintain a pool and knew I needed to hire a pool service. Unfortunately, I didn't find the Pool Agency and hired someone else who turned out to be a total disaster....unresponsive and unknowledgeable. When I found the Pool Agency's web site, I knew they had to be good. Their Web site is incredibly well designed, with crystal clear pricing available right there online. It was a sign of good things to come! I have been extremely satisfied with their staff and services, and have highly recommended them to my friends. I had to drain and refill my pool last year, and they were extremely helpful through that whole process. They are awesome!

I have used several pool companies for repairs, one company actually stole pool parts and left, another was way over priced, another took forever to fix pump, but Pool Agency has worked well for us. The office is excellent at returning calls or texts, and my favorite technician is Cody. He is so knowledgeable, full of energy and you can tell he loves what he does. Cody teaches me as he fixes issues. When a seal didn't hold Pool Agency honored the warranty. I can't speak to home pool service since we care for our own, but I prefer them over Leslie's or B&L based on my experience.

The most worthless company out there. I literally would not even use them if they offered to pay me the $30 it costs a week. Had black algae they came and did a chemical wash on it, came back within two weeks. They claim that it's in the plaster and what not. Worthless tech does not even see or notice it when it comes back, I had to call the office and let them know. They come back add a ton of chemicals and then it goes away and the tech should be monitoring chemicals weekly. Three weeks later comes back again. Call office they make promise after promise to call me back and will resolve. Never get a call back, never hear from them again. Tech comes and spends 6 minutes there if you're lucky, the only thing halfway productive the company has going for them is the email that you get when the finish the "service" and its just a reminder that you paid $30 and they didn't do anything to your pool other than skim some leaves. As soon as my 90 days was up I cancelled. Issue after issues... story after story from the people that work there. I don't even know how this company is still in business.

BEST POOL SERVICE EVER! We have used Pool Agency for a little over a year and they are awesome! Our pool always looks so great. They are also super responsive and friendly. A couple times when we had large crowds, I emailed them for refresh on pool and they come right over. They take care of everything and send email reports after each service. We 100% recommend without hesitation!

We contacted Pool Agency about two weeks ago to evaluate our pool in Glendale and to do regular maintenance on it until we sell our home. They were very friendly and cooperative. They have been very thorough so far and are willing to work out the details on service for the pool with us, since we live out of state and are selling this house where the pool service will take place. I like the fact that the first four weeks are free, and that they are willing to work with us on the details of what we have to pay when we sell the house. Thanks ever so much Pool Agency! I am very pleased with their service, level of response, and the pool technician that takes care of our pool mechanics, Corey, has been absolutely amazing! They are very responsive when you need something and above and beyond what you would expect from any business. I hired Pool Agency at the beginning of the year with a newly filled pool. The pool was a rental property so I did not get to see the pool daily for any issues. I received an email from the tenants a week ago that there was black algae in the pool. i found out that it takes between 3-6 months for this algae to get this bad and it could have been fixed easily with chemicals but now the pool needs to be drained, acid washed and filled. They were going to charge around $700 whereas when I got a second opinon, not only did they say this could have been an easy fix months ago but they are only charging $450. I would never recommend this company.

Couldn’t even make it through 3 months with them. Had our contract terminated after our security cameras caught their employees multiple times not testing the water but throwing chemicals in, not brushing the walls or vacuuming but sticking the pool rod with attachments in the water just to take pictures and pull it right out and spending sometimes as little as 7 minutes at our property from the time they parked the truck outside our house to the time they drove off. Brought it to managements attention over 4 times with video footage proof and timestamps and just got empty promises of better service and a few refunds. I definitely wanted to like them but their website lies about having 'tracking sensors that report to management'. And if they do, then management also needs to be replaced. I wouldn't even consider this company unless you have surveillance cameras around your house and you want to monitor their every move. Paying above the average market price for pool cleaning and having these kids come in your yard and not do anything but take pictures and put a few chlorine tabs in your water is not cool in my book.

A new person will come to your house every week. None of their workers will take the time to get to know your pool. I was with them for about a year. In that time, they had to send cleaners twice to do the same weekly service because the cleaner just threw chemicals into the pool and walked away. I had an issue with water flow from the skimmer to the pump which took them 5 weeks to attempt to fix and they never fixed the issue. They unclogged an impeller at one point and ended up cracking the pump. If your pool needs personal attention and someone who will take the time to get to know the pool, this is not the place.
