My husband and I contacted Solaroo to learn more about solar and if it would be a good option for our home. Andrew Mullen’s presentation was very informative and helpful. He did not rush through the presentation and took the time to answer all of my questions. Andrew forecasted three different Solar options designed around our power usage and home needs. Andrew’s sales tactic was low pressure and focused on my needs. In the end, we decided to purchase Solar through Solaroo. If we ever move or need additional solar tech, I would contact Andrew Mullen without a doubt!

So far so good. Sales presentation was good and very well detailed for my needs while comparing to other offers. Price and ratings won me over to Solaroo, along with higher quality panels

So far so good! Andrew was clear and complete in explaining options, approach, schedule, and possible constraints to installing solar at our home. Loan approval was simple and quick. Overall, less than one week from initial contact to having the detailed site evaluation complete. Hopefully Salt Lake County permit approval and installation will be as efficient!

The sales presentation was very convincing and answered my questions. Was told permitting could take 5-9 weeks but was assured that it would be 4-5 weeks. Currently sitting past 9 weeks waiting on permitting and have no idea when it will be done. Getting a response is difficult at times. The answer to tax questions changed after agreement was signed. Cannot recommend this company at this time. Hopefully my experience improves through the rest of the process. Update. Permit took just under 12 weeks. Panels installed 3 weeks later. Inspection and net meter installed 2 weeks after that. Been waiting 2.5 weeks for final setup but still haven't been contacted to schedule it. Total process at 4.5 months and still not complete. Was told in sales presentation it would be done 2 months ago. Expect at least 5 month from start to finish. I would never use this company again or recommend them to anybody.

Of the five companies that provided a bid for my solar installation, Solaroo was the best and easiest to deal with; upfront about details of the process of the installation, and provided answers to my questions. By far, Solaroo has the best combination of equipment, made in the USA, which provides jobs here at home.
