We contacted other companies and Evelar solar was the best choice we could have made !!! Install was easy and clean look. We got the battery system as well. If you're looking for solar you have to call these guys !!

Bought a home with Evelar Solar panels on it. The remainder of the loan was included in the Mortgage. They did a great job helping me transfer monitoring services to my account and connect the panel's data to my home wifi. Their technician Shane came and did a great job helping me get installed.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - DO NOT RECOMMEND EVELAR SOLAR!! Our sales person James was amazing at first. Promised that our power bill would go down to $8.00 and that we would not be paying for panels and a $200.00 power bill. He also promised us for 3 referrals we would get 1 years free of solar payments (they would be making the payments for us). It sounded great, I signed up and the work began. (none of this has happened) Buyer BEWARE!! Installation was good, Unfortunately, once the panels were installed they didn't even show me how it worked or explained to me anything that I needed to do. So I just moved forward thinking everything was fine. My power bill has not changed since they were installed. They have been the same amount they were last year. So not only are we stuck with paying $150.-$200 power bill a month we have to pay $200 a month for our panels. 4/3 - contacted support per my sales person request (Nichole). Provided 6 months of power bills saying I have no reporting on my panels. Also asked about my 1 year credit that was promised by James. She immediately responded on 4/3 saying that she does see our system was not reporting but that does not mean it was not producing. She was going to send someone out to my house to research. April 5th was the last I heard from her. She sent a tech to my house and nothing. I had to send an email requesting a response 4/16. finally get a response on 4/20 asking for clarification on the same information I had provided in detail on 04/03. I responded on 04/23 - nothing again. Had to follow up on 04/25. Also my solar panel stopped reporting again!! 04/25 heard back from Natalie with support saying they would gladly follow up with sales on my free year with them. Then again asked if I changed my password because the system was disconnected again. I had just informed Nichole weeks previous that this was not the case. 04/26 I responded again to Natalie with all the detail that was needed. Summarized the issue and broke down my problems so they could respond to each of them. I explained again that this was taking too much of my time to follow up and keep providing the same information over. Asked them to please resolve the issues I laid out for them. 4/26 - Nichole responded saying she passed to support to resolve and that I needed 3 referrals for the credit. Again I had included this information on the first email I wrote. Nevertheless, I responded back providing the detail again. 4/30 - Sent an email to Nichole stating something is wrong because they are showing my panels are producing all a long but my bill was the same as it was last year, the second they come out to my house all of a sudden my bill drops down to $18.00. I sent her the last 2 bills this time. She will research. 05/08 - Nothing from them since my last email. followed up with them again. 05/09 - apology from nichole that she was out of the office and would look into it and respond to me by Friday. 05/14 - no updates had to follow up again. 05/15 - she responded apologizing and said Natalie would follow up with me. 05/17 - Never heard back so had to follow up with Natalie. This time I called. Only to be told my panels are working fine. But there is an issue with the envoy being disconnected. I asked her how they determine if my panels are working. It's based off the reporting. I was like, well there has been zero reporting since I signed up so I am not sure how you know they are working. She had no information on my previous months and AGAIN NO ANSWER ON MY FREE YEAR. 2 months and no resolution - this is the worst customer service I have ever received. I sent them another email requesting they address all of my issues. We will see how long it will take. I currently have no resolution to my panels not reporting (it's disconnected again), I have no resolution to my year for free, and have requested a response to the poor service. I will update this when it's been resolved.

I’m very sorry to say that I can not recommend this company. After having an Evelar electrician drill a hole accidentally through my living room floor and promising it being fixed, 3 months later no one wants to take responsibility. Contract is signed they have they’re customer (unfortunately) and we are stuck with a hole in our brand new hard wood floors. Customer service at its worst!

Solar as a whole is a great way to save money and it helps our environment. I thought this company was all for that. However I am very saddened that I am very wrong. Greed, treating employees like they are nothing, and there clients are never there number one priority. Is what they stand for. Corporate greed has gotten the best of them. As a wife of an employee of Evelar solar and a client I am a palled at the way that they have treated my husband and they're employees. Under paying and never paying them on time has happened periodically. Never giving employees their work schedule until the Sunday before the week starts it is unprofessional. It has affected my husband's health working for Evealar solar. Mentally and emotionally they beat their employees down. Degrading their female employees, for example calling them horrible names. Is a constant issue. As a costumer you can never get someone to help you right on the spot. You wait for days before a representative calls you back, or they may never call at all. Talking bad about customers and forgetting they have not put them on hold. Is not just unprofessional, but very rude, hurtful, and wrong. I am so blessed that my loved ones that were once apart of this horrible company, saw what this company was truly dishonest and did not have the best interest for anyone. Karma will catch up to them before they know it.
