Vivint Solar

So far, Vivint Solar has been wonderful. Eddie came early to install our solar panels. John and Eddie were very helpful and worked with my schedule. Trey has continuously kept up informed of what has been going on with the timeline. We are very excited to have solar energy and Vivint seems to be a great company to have a partnership with our solar energy. Thank you! They will say anything to make the sale. Then they disappear. Our salesman said that Vivint guarantees the output (on an annual basis.) They missed the guaranteed output by more than 10% so I have received several bills from Rocky Mountain Power. I ask Vivint about their Guarantee and they will not respond. They just give lip service to both emails and phone calls. In one email they said somebody will contact you within 48 hrs. It has been about 2 weeks. I just want to know what the guarantee means.

Customer Service: Quick respond. Technicians: Know what to do the job, they are professional and did a clean work. Vendor: Smart business man, and help me to accomplish my needs and expectations ( system and economical). Excellent work team Vivint!

I had some confusion with scheduling. Once scheduling was cleared up, the team that came to my home was professional and efficient. I liked the salesman, Taylor Baker. He is a good "go to" person for information. I would recommend Viviant Solar.

So far the salesman and the install have been a good experience all personnel during both of these stages have kind and professional salesman has been there willing to answer any questions. .
