New Star Solar did a great job installing my solar panels. I appreciated the time they took to educate me on the benefits of solar. Their pricing is competitive and they are very professional. I would recommend using them!

Honest,no pressure company that does what they say and is responsive to the customer.From the sales call to the engineering and coordination with Duke Power they handled the process with speed and professionalism.

New Star Solar has been wonderful to work with. I normally do not speak with solicitors but when Austin approached me in my front yard there was something about him that made me take the time to talk with him. I decided "what the heck" and set up an appointment for a sales person to contact me. I then meet with Matt. He was so nice. He was very patient with me and my questions and he explained everything in a way that I could understand. I felt he was being very honest with me and I'm sure as much as he wanted the sale (as most sales people do) he did not make me feel pressured at all to buy solar panels. Because of Matt's non pressure sales approach I made the decision then and there to go for it and it has been a positive experience from start to finish. Every person I have worked with from New Star has been wonderful. I had one small incident where a sprinkler pipe was nicked when they had to dig a hole in my flower bed, and it was leaking. I sent a message to Matt and he was on top of it. The next day the owner was in my area and he stopped by and fixed the pipe and even went so far as to secure the pipe for me to make it sturdier. If you are looking for a solar company I would highly recommend New Star Solar, you wont be sorry! I wanted to post pictures of my panel but I was too excited to get the word out about New Star Solar and the amazing experience I have had with them. If I can add them later I will.

After turning several other Solar companies away, I let New Star Solar into my home. I am very glad that I did. They delivered a good product at a good price. The sales rep was very friendly and helpful. The installation was done in one day, not the 2-3 days it took my neighbors.
