December 10, 2022 was simply the greatest day of my life. Getting engaged to my beautiful Sarah brought so much excitement and joy, I can’t explain it. When it comes to looking through ring possibilities and eventually settling on one, Abbey at Solomon Brothers was pure class. Her excitement for Sarah and me made me feel like she was truly invested in our happiness. I live in Minnesota and she could not have made it more fun or easier. The distance meant nothing. It was like she had know me for a very long time. I highly recommend Abbey and everyone at Solomon Brothers to anyone looking for that special ring and so much more!

Chaz is super knowledgeable, professional, pleasant, helpful, patient, warm spirited and everything else you'd want your jeweler to be. The office is immaculate as they offer you beverages to enhance your shopping experience. But Chaz really went above and beyond to help my fiance design the perfect Verragio engagement ring for me...It's actually the most beautiful ring I've ever seen in my life. And I'm thankful that Chaz was there to help him make the vision come true. My fiance took me to Solomon Brothers to meet Chaz and to look at wedding bands and guess what Chaz did? He offered to clean my ring for me. It was literally done in less than 5min and came out even more sparkly than it was when we walked in. Best of all, the ring cleaning was free and I can bring it by to be cleaned as often as I want. Thank you, Chaz for your expertise and your genuine desire to help make lifetime memories for us! Also, Chaz should be promoted and or given a raise. Just my two cents.

Lori was absolutely amazing! She spent so much time with us from the initial telephone consult to the final purchase of my 10 year anniversary upgrade. She showed us so many options, got to know my style, and helped us pick the perfect ring! In addition to that, she worked with us on the pricing!!! They have the best pricing on stones in the metro atlanta area hands down, trust me we looked around! I couldn’t recommend them more, when making this type of investment it’s important that you find a partner in your sales person! Will definitely be back!

Start to finish- What a great experience! I had the opportunity to work with Jonathan. He was very honest and responsive. Never once did I feel pressure to buy. In fact, it was quite the opposite. The folks at Solomon Brothers were very patient with me as I did research on Diamonds. Not only was the customer service exceptional, but the value was unprecedented. I really enjoyed my ring shopping experience at Solomon Brothers. They were patient as I looked at various rings they have a huge selection. They answered all of my questions without any issues. I worked mostly with Ellen who is a godsend. She has a great sense of humor and made the experience more enjoyable. Abby was working with Ellen and was the sweetest. The manager was absolutely awesome as well and was helpful when it came to financing options. I would be more than happy to stick with Solomon Brothers for all of our wedding jewelry needs!

Lisa was amazing in working with us to shop for an engagement ring. She was extremely knowledgeable and has extensive experience in the jewelry business. She was patient and helpful as we looked through rows and rows of rings. After ordering, she was responsive and communicative about the status and was available for all our questions after the sale. I was looking for a particular Verragio ring and Solomon Brothers were an authorized dealer. When I called, I talked to Chaz and booked my appointment. Since my first visit, I received a warm welcome. This was the first and only jewelry store I’ve visited that offered “refreshments”. Chaz was/is an absolute pleasure to work with. I could always count on him to give his honest and professional opinion as it pertained to the type of ring I wanted for my fiancé. Together, we crafted a unique and gorgeous ring that my fiancé absolutely loves and one that captures the attention of everyone who sees it. Sophie has been very helpful throughout this entire process. My future mother in law and I scheduled an appointment last Saturday. She was very helpful and we narrowed down our search for a ring that day. I brought my girlfriend in the same day to look at the ring and we began the buying process. I don’t know much about engagement rings, but Sophie was very informative and helped me make an educated decision. All in all, I am very satisfied and we will be back in the future to work with her for our wedding bands.
