Sonic Drive-In

Stopped for 2 shakes. Over 40 minutes later, we pulled out, wondering why we had stopped. With only 2 cars in the drive through and no other cars in the parking lot, can someone give me a reason why it takes so long? After a 10-15 minute wait after ordering, the bill was 9.63. I gave her a $20. After another 10-15 minute wait, she came back with 2 5's, a $10 and the receipt asking if I had any change since they didn't have any, Does anyone in management or corporate read the complaints? Sounds like they need a new crew. I've heard "save the best for last". The medium shake I had last week (hot fudge) had been good, so I ordered a large this time and it was not nearly as good as the medium shake the previous time we were there. Can someone from corporate contact me and give me a reason to come back? I can't find one.

The food is for considering it's fast food, but it is not very fast. Don't come here unless you have 20-30 minutes to just wait around.

Food is always great. Was coming for a Chicago dog. But I got a New York one and chilli dog instead. Still was good

Drive thru was really fast. The food was hot and correctly made.
