Wot-A-Dog Drive-In

I've been working at Wot-A-Dog since opening day of the season. We've been growing and working on improvements at our faults. We realize that some of you were dissatisfied with our service, and we express our greatest apologies. We encourage you to come back in, for our reviews have been very positive for the past while. We have become much better and our staff has gotten more comfortable with the place. We recently brought back the whole complete menu that you all have been asking for, and it's mighty fine. Thanks!

Unfortunately I was not impressed. Root beer float was great! However I also had the foot long hot dog. Hot dog was poor quality. Too small, you could fit 3 of them in the bun. You were eating more bread and condiments then the star of the meal, the hot dog. Hot dogs are just boiled no "snap" when you bite into it. I hope they reevaluate the food quality and improve throughout the Spring and Summer.

We were promptly greeted and given menus, great start! The waitress said she'd give us a few minutes to look over it. We sat for 15 minutes and no one came back to our car. Two other cars pulled in, were given menus, a short time to look at them and orders were taken. Meanwhile we were there first and still waiting to order. After 20 minutes we drove away. You lost some customers today who were super excited to try coneys and root beer.

Happy this place opened back up, but sad that it isn't the same. Many of the items offered on the menu before are no longer available so food choices are limited. I was excited to see that they still have crinkle cut fries, but they are very thin and were overcooked. The most disappointing thing is that the root beer is no longer served in frosted glasses, but instead in paper cups. I'm not saying we won't eat there again, we might, but we definitely won't drive out of our way like we did for this visit.

Love it ..so glad they brought back the awesome foods from my childhood. Try them out good food
