Sonic Drive-In

Visited there three minutes before closing time and I was served without any issues, didn't take long for shake to arrive, and girl on other side of speaker was clear heard. The server girl was friendly with a smile, didn't even complain when I gave out about a dollar worth ofchange. Had great experience, will be coming back soon again, without the change. Great place and clean.

We want this evening and was at a cargo for a good 15min and no service, went to drive thru was there for probably 20-25 my husband drove up to the window and a lady asked what he wanted, he said I was just seeing if your open, No signs on or lights, she got the manager and the manager came to the window, opened and said what my husband repeated everything he said to the previous lady. The manager said well everyone is waiting, I had to give breaks and she has no idea what to do. The manager was very rude I refused to eat there he got a shake and was sent on our way no sorry, nothing just plane ride. There was a line about 20 cars wrapped around the building. I'm in food so I understand getting busy but, I would rather send ppl home early, pay them over then to have customers not happy. If your cant handle the stress of the job please pass it on to someone else. With the warmer temperatures coming you will be getting busy be prepared for lots of people to get ice cream and definitely with 1/2 price after 8 PM we was there at 8:33pm.

Does not accept more than one payment method at a time... kinda ridiculous for this day and age.

UPDATE :::: april 12 2018 just went to sonics to give them another shot. big mistake. pulled into the parking area and used the order board since there was already 5 cars in the drive thru. I ordered a number 3 a sundae and a cheeseburger after sitting there for 10 mins and watching all 5 cars in the drive thru get their orders in and given too them. Now they have my order. 45 mins later and 23 more cars thru the drive thru and i still had not gotten my order but you can bet all the cars in the drive thru got theirs and left all while im still waiting and listening to a snarling barking dog next to me. I guess he was not happy about not getting his food eiter. anyway after the 45min wait I had enough and drove the blovk away to the WENDYS which got my order out in under 8 mins... I will not waste another 30 to 45 mins at this sonics again Wendys just got my Biz for awhile until Sonics workers learn how to get orders out........... I sat in line tonight for over 30 mins Just at the ordering mic and nobody took my order I watch 3 cars in front of me drive off without their food because they were not getting anywhere. I drove around the building and came back to the drive thru and the worker girl with Pink hair asked me if i was ready to order I then asked her If she was ready since i had just sat there for 20 mins. No answer . The whole time this is all going on the same Van is sitting at the pick up window. After 30 mins of no service I pull up to the van and the window and ask what the hell is going on and why am i sitting there for 30 mins. the fat girl in the van and the pinkhaired worker inform me that i need to be Nice because they are trying to talk with their friends. Turns out Pink hair was just chatting with her fat friend in the drive thru line for the last 30 mins. So multi cars left others didnt get to order and after 35 mins I drove off with pink haired girl telling me She just was talking with her friend. Pink haired worker needs fired since she would rather chat for 30 mis to her friend in line then take orders.. will be contacting corprate office with this complaint also.
