Sonos Store

Great way to experience the sonos products. Store has a series of sound rooms which allow you to try a number of combinations of speakers with tv and music in mind. Really a great way to see what works best for you. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

They have a unique approach of presenting the product to their customers. They have a listening rooms that test the quality of the speakers, which is pretty cool. It's a new concept that shall give new experience to the customers.

Very cool store and very friendly staff. The staff could answer all my queries and helped me finalise my purchase but their delivery timeline doesn't live up to all that we see and experience. Their webpage mentions same day delivery for orders placed before 5pm and I placed it at 2.41pm on a Tuesday expecting it the same day because I live in the one of the five boroughs. I was told same day might not happen and I was fine with it as long as I get it the next day. After following up a couple of times I got to know it will be delivered on Thursday ( 2 days later). And also I got to know they charge $30 ( Courier) for same day delivery else it can take couple of days. Well, not a very big deal but I expected better service from them.
