Reliable and helpful staff. Customer service moves faster than I expected. You're in and out pretty fast if you're not in to browse.

Not as big as the large outlets but you certainly find most of what you need in here. Found the staff very helpful as well. Lots of parking and next to a few other retail stores so can probably run some other errands.

Of the branches I appreciate, this by far is the best. The staff and variety of products make this place what it is. The location is right off the Union square subway so it's impossible to miss. Lots of demos so trying things out isn't a problem here. The staff is knowledgeable, it's not a second rate location where a staff member needs to skim the back of product before suggesting something. Staff knows prices, care about their customers and overall are quick.

I was a little surprised to find a Best Buy right in the center of town. It seems like it is well staffed and is in a reasonable location so that you can can't you can come from the metro up to the store and right back down easily. It's right off of the red line.

The staff very personal and eager to help when You're ready. One thing I love is when I walk into a business and not bumbard to buy a special or something I know I don't need nor can afford. Best buy has been around many decades and they understand thr value of helping a consumer save a dollar or two. I recommend this best buy to everyone that comes this way!
