I think I may have written only a couple reviews in my entire life but I felt so compelled to leave a review for DataVision. Absolutely terrible customer service, not responsive to either emails or phone calls, and they charge outrageous "restocking fees" for returned items. It's a scam. Edit to respond to owner claiming I do not show up to have placed an order: I bought two MacBook Pros from you in November and December of 2017 (via Amazon) for a total of close to $4000. I was charged a $250 "restocking fee" for returning an opened MacBook that I ordered in a wrong color. I obviously paid for shipping myself. Pick up your phone or respond to one of the 9 emails Amazon Customer Support sent you and you will see "I'm in the database"... SCAM! (Proof of purchases attached)

Company charging extra 25$ for expedited delivery and sending via standard ground service which is in the same offer free of charge. Later instead of full refund of difference start dispute. I'm just wondering if its kind of crazy value that is worth to create a conflict or its simply the way to earn the extra money ? IF I KNEW WHO I'M DEALING WITH I WOULDN'T BOTHER. SUCH A UNBELIEVABLE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. STAY WAY CLEAR !

I purchased a monitor on line from data vision through Amazon. The monitor would not work correctly. I attempted to return it. I had to spend $60 to return it. They then claim that items that were never sent to us were not in the box (manual) and they could not exchange it. They also said the monitor had lots of "wear". We were never able to use it! I have never heard of such poor customer service. As I look at other reviews, I see that I am not the only person dealing with these issues.

Terrible customer service. Asked twice to ship to a certified fedex walgreens for pickup because we are a working family and wouldnt be home to sign for fed ex... not a huge problem but still never told fedex to send it to the walgreens so now we have to drive an hour and a half! Ridiculous after paying for 3 day shipping. All of the 1 star reviews says it all......
