I wanted to give a big and huge thanks to Benjamin for the help and effort that he did in satisfying my me and my family in the electronic department. Now and days electronics is a daily use in today's modern life. He was only useful but very professional at his work. When I lost interest for in what I wanted, he always had the next electronic lined up for me lol great guy and sales man. His personality is sure needed for this type of environment/business. Tom M. was great. We came into PC Richard after a terrible experience at Best Buy and Tom's customer service was top notch. He helped us pick a TV and sounder to go with it and we are very pleased. Thank you Tom and PC Richard for such a great experience!

I always buy my appliances at this store. This time Noel helped me and made it really easy. He took what I said I wanted and found me the exact dishwasher I needed which wasn't on display in the showroom. He kept in touch with me until delivery to make sure it all went smoothly. Just re-affirmed my loyalty to PC Richard.

I love shopping at P.C. Richard in Chelsea!! The store had so much to choose from. I came in for a TV and came out with a beautiful one AND a new Sterns and Foster bed. Bob was amazing. He went over everything thoroughly. I really appreciate quality customer service, and today I really got it!
