B&H Photo Video - Camera Store

I'm a photographer so I love this place, I go there every time I wanna buy my equipment. They have huge variety of cameras, drones, phones, laptops, computers, television and gaming consoles, huge variety of electronic sports gear and stuff. Good thing would be knowledgeable staff, they know their products and they help customers in every regards. The place is really clean and professional and prices aren't that bad at all and you can double check that and compare it with Amazon too, plus if you're a regular customer you can try to bargain the price a little and they try their best. Their return policy is also really easy and supportive. I'm a satisfied customer.

My interactions with and at B&H have been excellent. Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient service. My go-to place for all my photo needs. One negative experience, though: I was purchasing a camera and the salesperson totally ignored me--talking to my husband about me as if I wasn't present. But again, I think B&H is great. Update. Another year of shopping at B&H, and continued satisfaction! I never have any trouble getting knowledgeable, polite and PROMPT help when I shop in the store. And the online chats have been great too. Particular thanks go to Eugene S in Photo Video and Audio who helped me with a tricky question regarding a special offer.

I have ordered multiple items over the past few years and I am always satisfied. My last order had a couple of broken items, as an online retailer myself I know that happens, I emailed a picture on a Sunday, they replied within a couple of hours and my replacements were shipping to me on Monday. My replacement arrived in perfect condition. One order was for an item I could not locate on their website, because I was not sure what to call it. I emailed, described it and they quickly replied with a link to the item. You don't know if a place is good/bad until something goes wrong or you need assistance finding something and they scored 5 stars on both accounts.

When it comes to retail stores, B&H is one of the biggest and the best in NYC. They have great pricing and a large assortment, however the sales staff could be more helpful. This store is ideal when you know what you are looking for ahead of time and want to walk out the door (relatively) quickly with your items in hand. If they added more knowledgeable sales people to the floor, I would give them 5 stars instead of 4.

This place is fantastic. I usually come here for camera needs. They have the best stuff for great prices. The staff here is very helpful and will patiently walk you through stuff. If you have questions, just ask. They are also very knowledgeable. Note that I don't think I have been here when it wasn't crowded. Sometimes assistance takes a few minutes. Also note that they close early on Fridays and are not open on Saturday. If your bringing bags with you, they'll have you check them in at the entry. They also have an interesting system for making purchases, by sending your stuff ahead of you, while you go to the cashier with a slip. They are efficient though. Never had a problem.
