SoulCycle 14th Street

I bought my daughter and her friend soul cycle classes. They took a class with Christopher this evening. My daughter had had foot surgery and her foot was going numb a little bit, then started to hurt, so she took it a bit easy. Immediately Christopher calls her out in front of the entire class, which goes against the Soul Cycle mission of everyone taking things at their own pace. It’s literally written on the wall in the classroom - perhaps Christopher doesn’t know how to read? He clearly lacks compassion, professionalism, and respect. My daughter was so upset at being repeatedly called out that she left the class. As she was leaving, Christopher decided to turn on the lights and ask, “is there a problem here?” Yes, Christopher, there’s a problem - you’re an egomaniac who should not be humiliating 18 year old girls.

First time at a soulCycle. I absolutely loved it

The workout​ was exhilarating! This workout gets your heart pumping while you sweat like the falls. My only disappointment is I haven't located one near me.
