Used this location twice - once for fingerprinting cards and once for just printing a few documents. Both times had great experiences. The staff is efficient and attentive. Also I needed something notarized and the woman who usually notarizes had just stepped out to lunch right before I got there, but the staff recommended that I just go around the corner to another notary instead of having to wait. I appreciated that as well. Also love that they still take covid seriously and wear masks since they interact with a lot of people.
Had to go in a couple times for I-9 verification and background check. Staff kept to my appointment time and were professional, overall a smooth procss. You do need a mask to get in, if you forget, there are masks sold across the street.
Never coming back here .. had a TSA pre check appointment for over a month and show up the worker behind the counter says the machine is down. Never apologized. Never notified us prior to coming. Horrible customer service
I went by to drop off a pre-paid return package and the employees were engaged, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was able to drop it off without a hitch and leave the business feeling great about going back there and using their other services in the future.
Friendly, service-oriented business I've depended on for years to get passport photos, fingerprinting done, and documents notarized. It's a free drop off and shipping center for FedEx and UPS. You can also drop off your postage-paid mail and parcels and save the shlep to the post office. In normal times, they stay open crazy-long hours til 8pm evenings.
Ordered a DHL here. Promised 4 day delivery. But then got noticed it took a month by text. Also they require mask and force customer to buy mask next door. Not a honest business.
Tried to drop off a Prepaid FedEx Smart Post Package today and was told by a man that works there they couldn't scan it in and to take it to the Post Office. The Post Office doesn't take Smart Post. I was then told by the man that I was wrong and he works here and to take it somewhere else. I called FedEx they said there was no reason the packaged couldn't be scanned as it had a valid tracking number. FedEx also said that this location is NOT an authorized FedEx Drop off location and not to leave packages with them. I've dropped off many packages here in the past and have often gotten an attitude from employees I guess they will be happy that I will no longer use or suggest their service to anyone.
Came from across town for tsa fingerprinting to be made to buy a mask and then told their system was down. Front clerk was very rude.
Unhelpful and rude employees, they don’t ask politely to put masks on and didn’t assist me in understanding how the fingerprint process works.
