Maybe the best usps location I’ve been to in the city! The woman who helped us with my passport appointment was so helpful and knowledgeable and everyone generally seemed to be in a good mood. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes - and we weren’t the only ones there. Overall a super painless process!

I normally don't write negative reviews based on the old adage "if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all", but in this case I think it's warranted. I got an appointment for 12:45 PM for a passport renewal. I showed up and waited for 15 minutes in the rain while the doors were locked and the lights inside were off. At 12:58 PM after 13 minutes in the cold rain, a lady came out from the back showing they were staffed and put up a paper sign saying they weren't doing passport appointments. If you're not going to service appointments, don't let them be scheduled.

Went in for a passport application/photo one Monday and wasn’t given my license back. No biggie, I went back to pick it up two days later. When I got there and asked about it the woman working insisted they had been closed that Monday. I was about to bring out my receipt to show that they indeed were open that Monday, but thankfully the employee who helped me submit my application that Monday came up from the back and gave it to me. But like… why in the world would you try to tell me you were closed when you weren’t? Are you messing with me? Are you that clueless??? I just can’t understand it at all

Hours said open saturdays until 4pm. I got there at 11:30am and it was closed. Luckily there was a postal worker parked outside with a usps accepting packages if they were already labeled and paid for. Even he was confused as to why they were closed, as he said he was there to pick up/drop off. I understand places are understaffed, it they should just cut the hours officially and update this locations hours. This way, people know and can go to a different location, not circle for parking only to find it closed. Just post the hours you can be open!

This location is so unprofessional. I made an appointment online to get a passport and they were closed when I arrived on time for my appointment! On another visit I was treated very rudely just for trying to mail an item. Please go to another location. The one star is for convenience of location and that's it.

Line is always extremely long with only one person on the register, assuming they are even open during their posted hours. Currently standing in line as the person on the register is on a personal call on speakerphone while the line is 10 people long and hasn’t moved in 15 min.

Their posted hours say they open at 10:00am. It’s now 10:20am and the doors are still locked. What’s going on folks? You ok?

Waiting outside locked doors for a passport appointment scheduled for … 10 minutes ago. No sign they’ll even open today, which is insane. If you can’t staff this location, shut it down.

Great service and excellent staff... I had appointment for 12.15 but was bit early .. they did take me before my appointment and went over in details for all the passport applications. they also have photo place you can click for passport. make appointment online or u can walkin but make sure to call them ahead of time for walkin timings.

I've been there 3 different Saturdays at 10:30 and they are never open although they say they open at 10. I was there the other day at around 4:30 and there was a sign saying they are "Out to lunch until 4:30". Waited until 4:45 and they didn't show up.
