Bought a diffuser and trunk wing for my 18 Accord. Diffuser is decent but the wing started peeling off days after installation. Now I'm a very particular person so I made sure I cleaned and installed it properly. I've reached out to Southbay multiple times and have received ZERO response. This company doesn't care about you after you've purchased their product. Find a different company to give your money. This one is a joke.

Ordered a sequential turn signal light for my mirrors. Terrible instructions. Tried looking up a tutorial video on how to install them and can’t find any video that has the same color wires. Makes it very difficult to understand what wires go where.
I ordered a Takeda Cold Air Intake from these guys and their communication is on point. Ordering any car part post covid is terrible. Extremely long lead times are to be expected. South Bay was super prompt in their communication with me and let me know that my package was going to be delayed. Unlike some parts stores where you have to constantly stay on top of them, South Bay reached out to me instead. I went through 3 different stores to get this intake and every single time the store wasn’t able to complete the order but South Bay made it happen and for the best price I found as well. Looking forward to picking up some carbon fiber off these guys as well. You guys have a life long customer now.
Sent part that didn't fit and some of the lights inside didn't work. My return was lost after the business signed for it. Michele in support just started ignoring my emails. Theres nothing else I can do. The ratings for this company are low for a reason. Im basically out 200$ but because Jalisco's carbon fiber was sold out and I thought Southbay was reputable. There are plenty of suppliers for their products. DONT USE THIS COMPANY.
Been waiting for my items that were "in stock" when I ordered them. Takes weeks before they finally answer me. Gave me a tracking number that doesn't update. Turns out they don't even have the product yet. Told me as soon as it arrives they'll ship it. The only reason I ordered it is because it's in stock. Supposedly. Now I'm not getting any response. Just takes your money and don't even bother giving proper update. Just awful communication. Why not be honest in the first place instead of the run around. So frustrating
I’ve been taking my vehicles to Tho for many years. I’ve recommended friends and family to him. He’s a Toyota specialist but is not limited to Toyotas. I have found him to be competent, honest and upfront. Last time was my son’s 2011 Scion TC that was making a bad grinding sound from the engine. He diagnosed it as a transmission problem manual transmission, said he understood what the problem was and estimated $3k to repair. Told us the car had too many miles on it 179k and advised that we do not make these repairs. Communication skills are just fine, too.
