I go here to see one particular provider that I like, but you have to wait over an hour, and the facility itself is run down and smelled like cigarettes. I saw one guy (patient) walk through the waiting room to the bathroom to pee in a cup, and he had to walk back through the waiting room holding his pee in the cup. How embarrassing. There are no private toilets for that. However, my provider is very caring and helpful. Therefore, I will continue to go to the facility. I think they need to hire more permanent providers because someone told me there is a high turnover rate of providers there. I know I, myself, like to have continuity with a provider.

Very unprofessional,leave folks on hold for 30 minutes,and then take phone off the hock,i recorded on my tablet while on the phone, tried calling back after the 30 minute wait after getting the phone hung up,phone still purposely off the hock... Smh... The health care system is falling right before our very eyes

The Dr made or may not be good but there billing office can not get bills correct and there manager is the rudest person i have ever dealt with. When you call to pay a bill in full you would think someone would be polite and professional.

There under new management and I think the Change is very GOOD! Supervisor took the time to talk to me and was very understanding....keep doing a great job...

Very big turnovers of staff. Very unorganized and most times, a long wait!
