even with the remodel of the mall, they've raised the rent to the shops and have driven out a lot of shops. The anchor stores are still there but some have turned into "clearance" stores that are getting ready to pack out. This mall has seen better days and could lower the rent to get some local shops in and it would definitely benefit from the businesses and unique local flavor. There are more exercise walkers than there are actual paying customers of the stores that populate the mall.

There is a lot of empty stores. Renovations are very nice but I think the money should of went towards getting more stores in the mall. The place has gotten better with cleanliness but bathrooms still need to be managed a little better.

Need more variety of stores. Like a store with cooking and kitchen utensils. Parking lot needs repaired in places.More variety of food inside mall.

At one time this mall was great but now it's unfortunately time for it too go away. They have ran themselves right out of business, the amount that they charge their tenants for rent I'd rediculous. I talked to one store owner and she was paying 14000.00 a month to rent an average size store space. That was maybe 25 x 50

Was expecting a little more from this place. The lay out id a pain to navigate when trying to find something. Not a whole lot of stores to go with a lot of empty spots. The sales were decedent. The few stores still there seemed to have pretty decent mark downs but the selections are few and far between of whats left.
