A typical small market mall, with the lack of a food court and an anchor that has been vacant for several years (JCPenney). About a third of the stores are vacant, and of course there are only three screens at the movie theater inside this mall, forcing you to drive down the road for the other six that you're probably more likely than not to use. There is also a lot of retail sprawl for a town this size along route 104, where some mall-friendly stores like Payless and Game Stop along with a jeweler are to be found, not to mention the dining options that you could of found in a food court. Entertainment options as you might expect are subpar. Head down to the St. Louis area or up to the Quad Cities for better options.

Considering it has been the same mall since I've been alive, they do pretty well. Not a whole lot of selection but generally good stores.

This mall struggles keeping tenants so stores come and go, while others have been there 15+ years. Host Santa and lots of other events.
