Today unfortunately I needed to go to the ER however, it was a very pleasant experience (however pleasant a visit to the er can be) from the time I walked in, until the time I was discharged. The lady at the check in desk, the ladies in the triage unit, the lady that took care of my insurance, the X-ray lady, the respiratory lady, and especially my nurse which I'm embarrassed to admit that I can not recall her name but, she goes to her parents home in Louisiana on her days off to help with them. she was a God send and an excellent professional. She was very caring and genuinely concerned about me as were all the staff I came in contact with. Dr. Scott Johnson was a complete gentleman, spent time with me as one would hope for, and an excellent compassionate provider.
Thank You!!!

I had the best experience here. From the admissions clerks to nurses to Dr Keith. All were caring, concerned and attentive to my needs. They took excellent care of me. I somehow have a pic added to my review. Didn't mean to include it but can't figure out how to remove it. Lol. Sorry about that.

They had me waiting forever in the ER lobby with a sickle cell crisis and then in the back and still had to wait forever to see the Dr. My nurse this time was very sweet and caring but Dr. Jones is a big joke I will not bring my dog to this hospital!! I know to go to the University in Jackson next time no matter how much pain I'm going through.
P.S. Didn't want to give them one star but they making me do it 😡😡

This hospital is a hit and miss.. We started out in the emergency room unit. Although the staff was generally very polite, none of them did their jobs in a timely manner. They also had very little information to give us about simple things they should have known about. Then we were on the third floor. Some of the staff members were fantastic, and some were not. They were a little better about giving us information, but still not the greatest. They also assigned us a student nurse, which was extremely terrifying. He was very polite and caring, but didn't seem to know what he was doing. Then we were in the cardiology unit. This is the best part of the entire hospital. Every single staff member was extremely polite, caring, and considerate. They were very detailed with their instructions, quick to give us information or help, and tried their best to make us all comfortable.
