Horrible service,manager named Jose is so unprofessional. They damaged our rental car and tried to say don't worry about it because its not that big.
Left my car with them after reserving online. They complained I didn't pay enough after I clearly reserved for my make and model. Took my car and when I got it back, my Apple Airpods were coincidentally missing from the center console. Don't trust your car with them, pay a little extra to have some piece of mind.
Made an error in filling out form. It was obvious i stayed one day and they charged extra $60 even though he acknowledged i was there one day. Totally unprofessional
Convenient parking for Carnegie and for the MoMA. It took a few minutes for them to extract the car the cars are tightly packed in. The staff were friendly and helpful at both drop-off and pick-up.
Worst parking experience ever. They are not only difficult but arrogant to deal with. I used a pre paid reservation that would not be honored. Paid twice for parking. Very annoying experience. Attendant said they do this all the time. They are in the business of ripping off customers. Never again
