Spa Belleza

I absolutely love Spa Belleza!!! I’ve have YET to have a bad experience! They are simply phenomenal! Their staff is truly a compliment to their services! They have the best attitude and it’s alwahs a peaceful and wonderful experience there!!!

I heard really good things about this place. I was really looking forward to finally relax and be taken care of. I usually give the benefit of the doubt but this was the Worst experience ever! My masseuse fell asleep during MY massage!! I've never had one do that before...Lol! Then to top it off...the electricity went out. When asked how was my experience, I thought seriously!?! I'm more tense now then going in. I wasnt even offerd a lower price or even some kind of gift card for the inconvenience. NEVER AGAIN! 05/12/2018 In response to Mrs. Young, as the capability to reply is not an option or can be found on reviews. Thank you for your response and for the one phone call I received to discuss my session. In your one message you left me you stated that you would be calling again to further discuss the situation as you were going to be at the spa and not the office. Unfortunately my time spent home was limited and it was spent helping with the care of my disabled mother. I waited for your returning call as mentioned in the one message left but to my dismay, did not receive one and I had to return to my job which is out of state. However, you are more than welcome to call again and/or text my number as you have it on file. Thank you again for your response and I hope to have a better experience or as you said, a delightful memory as I am willing to make another appointment my next visit home.

Beautiful salon, wonderful staff. I felt like I was getting preferential treatment. I loved the atmosphere- very serine and clean. Top notch! I felt like a celebrity. I will go back soon, be sure to request Latithia for your next message
