Lucy Douglas absolutely gave me my life back! She is incredible! I was at rock bottom with my 2 autoimmune disorders! I took 9 prescriptions a day! I am so thankful to say I am only on one now! She listens and slowly changes one thing at a time until you are well! My family and I don’t have words to describe the gratitude we have for this amazing lady! If you have any auto immune problems you should definitely seek her out! She takes a holistic approach to your problems! I had tried it all! I am now off of methotrexate, plaquinel, cymbalta, Mobic and sleep medicine! I had never had anyone approach my diet and my food choices! I was skeptic - I thought since I’d been to The Mayo Clinic in Rochester that I couldn’t get anything I hadn’t tried before from Lucy, boy was I wrong! She literally took me limping and barely functioning to playing with my kids again!!! My husband urged me to go after contacting a patient of Lucy’s and hearing her testimony! Everyone is different and responds differently, but you have nothing to lose! She will change your view of wellness at the very least! She is attentive and kind and unlike any other practice I’ve ever been to! (And I’ve been around the block!) It isn’t overnight or a magic fix! Let me just say I absolutely love this place! I have been looking for a good lash lady for years with no avail. Then I found Emery (angels singing) She is the best lash tech on this side of the Mississippi. The environment is serene, inviting, pristine and posh! Trust me you won't be disappointed!

Emery, Lucy, Tracy, and Casey take care of their clients like I've never seen. They truly care about each and every one of their patients and spa visitors. There is not another place in Ruston or the surrounding area that delivers as great of service as New Beginnings and staff. I love all of them dearly and I hope they continue to serve Ruston for many years to come!!
