The Remington Suite Hotel & Spa

I cannot recommend The Remington Suite Hotel & Spa enough! After another hotel called and canceled my reservation when I was only 10 minutes from town, I made a last minute reservation at this location. Dominique, at reception, was so helpful and welcoming. She assisted me with taking all my stuff up to my room so I would not have to make more than one trip. Her helpfulness and politeness helped me to relax after being on the road all day and then dealing with the other hotel fiasco. The room is very large and the bed is amazing. I will definitely be staying here again when I travel through Shreveport.

We were in the area for personal business matter....i googled places to stay and read reviews....i knew exactly what to expect when I got there. The rooms were huge and very very clean. The bed..oh the bed was WONDERFUL!!! the staff was so helpful and kind. The atmosphere is very private and intimate. We enjoyed cocktails on the roof top lounge which we found to be very unique! Everything we needed was within walking distance which was also a plus. We will be adding this place as one of our semi annual getaways!! The pool was very clean and very relaxing. There is also a hot tub, sauna and steam room!!

It's a beautiful hotel. The rooftop is a beautiful happy hour spot. The hotel os small enough do that the staff can be very attentive. The hotel has a subtle art theme. Each suite is named for an artist. Books with different artists' works can be found scattered throughout. The rooms are furnished in a way that felt like a guest in someone's home. The room was fresh and clean. Robes were provided along with plenty of towels. The beds were very comfy. Beautiful artwork by the artist my room was named for were displayed in the room. I only suggest an update on the tubs and remove the carpet.

Fantastic hotel with great local ownership. Recently renovated rooms with a unique feel. Fantastic drinks and breakfast too.

We went to the Remington to meet friends for drinks at the bar downstairs. The service was amazing. The bartender and the front desk concierge were very friendly. The inside of the hotel where the bar is has several nice lounge chairs and couches the decor is beautiful.
