I called many times to set an appointment, left messages, no call backs. I called again and got someone on the phone. Tried to book an appointment a month in advance and was told that their massage therapist was only there Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. I would NEVER have purchased the Groupon knowing this. I want a refund and for them to change their listing to reflect what is actually available.

This review is for their massage service. Overall not a great experience.The room was freezing, I asked several times for it to be warmed up but it remained cold. They must have poured a whole bottle of oil on me way way more than any I've had before. The massage was shorter than 50 minutes as well. This place is fine for nails but I would not recommend for a massage.

Very unprofessional! I purchased a massage for a friend for her birthday. She called this lady several times to schedule an appointment but NEVER received a return call back. I called her but NEVER got a call back either, but when I called her back to say that I would file a dispute with my bank, she decided to respond but not in the way that you would think. She called me back to say file a compliment I don’t care. Lol I will never recommend this lady to anyone. She needs customer service training first!!!

I received a great and thorough massage today. I feel refreshed and energized now. At other places, I've encountered customer service issues when trying to redeem a Groupon, but Spa Reyna was able to schedule me for a massage the next day after emailing them and I encountered no problems when I arrived for my appointment.

I have been a client of Spa Reyna for years. Reyna gives the BEST manicures and pedicures in the city. I have been to a few other places in town and out of town/state-TOTAL DISASTER!! When I lived out of town and out of state I would come in just to see her. I know that may sound crazy, but you need to be careful when getting mani/pedi because some people don’t know what their doing and when they don’t, the outcome is horrible!!! She is the only person I trust with my pedicures and manicures. I highly recommend making an appointment in advance because her book fills up fast because she’s that good and that busy. Also, because of my crazy schedule she has always been accommodating and helpful to get me in. I respect her work ethic and dedication to her business and her clients. I dread the day she retires :-

This is my favorite spa for manicures and pedicures. The service is excellent! I especially love that the time that you book your appointment is the time your appointment starts. Spa Reyna has a wide array of colors for all seasons and any occasion. I'd definitely recommend their services.

First came here in January 2019 where I had my first massage at this place. It was my fourth time getting a massage from a “professional” and this time the masseuse just put me in the room and didn’t say anything to me and left. I came out the room and asked my mom what do i do because I never get massages and had no idea what to do. She said a whopping total of 5 words to me. Everything’s going fine until she massaged my feet and then PROCEEDED TO MASSAGE MY FACE. She used the every so slightest pressure on my back and basically everywhere. They said it’s different from a Swedish massage and has less pressure but my 3 year old nephew has more pressure in his hands than the masseuse did. The owner was rude and defensive when the masseuse was being critiqued. Saying “we’ve had no complaints, our masseuse is perfect” but have 3.0 stars on google, 2.5 stars on yelp. Lmao perfect?. The front desk guy was nice and helped lessen the situation; however, he was reluctant to look anything up like it took much effort. I came back to use my credit from an expired Groupon but rather just let my money go to waste. Update: in response, my mother came in in September and had Olga - facts. I, MYSELF, have only came in once. I don’t write bad reviews right off the bat. You always wanna try a place once or twice AT LEAST and then make your mind up. In regards to the groupon, you literally told us we had at least one Groupon to use which wasn’t expired and one that was expired. It’s not two free massages IF YOU ALREADY PAID FOR IT ON GROUPON. We understood that one was used and moved on from it; however when given the solution that it’s a $20 difference for the massage with the expired Groupon. It was turned down. No one was urging anyone for a free massage. Also, If I went in January, how has your masseuse only been there for 2 months. It’s been a good 4.5 months?? Defensive is an exact word to describe the owner because she immediately said “okay then get a refund”. Because just as MANY other reviews have said - owner is rude and customer service is awful. Y’all responded to a one star review with “lol”????? Also you said “get a refund afterwards”, a refund after our massage that we just redeemed?????? literally makes no sense.

I was totally not satisfied. I recieved the worst facial ever. I have never experienced this before. My appt was for 3pm. The lady didnt start my facial until 3:10pm it was over at 3:50pm. She stole 20 minutes from my paid hour. I was ready to leave anyways cause I don't no what she was doing. She didnt even massage my face. It seems as if she applied the facial products on with some type of brush. As seems as if she hardly used products. I was satisfied at all. I didnt even say anything I just left with no Hope's of ever returning back. She definitely needs to go back to school so she can learn how to give a facial.

Terrible. I showed up 15 minutes late which was my fault. The technician/host couldn’t book my massage bc the masseuse wasn’t in that day. On top of that she denied my pedicure service because I had on a gel coat, she told me she did not want to dedicate 10 minutes taking them off so. My boyfriend booked the spa day so I had nothing todo with the setup. Before she started I just cancelled it entirely due to the lack of service all the way around

I got a groupon as a gift from my friend and didn’t realized the expiration was 6/3/2018 so I called and A lady with a bad attitude said we are booked as soon as I said Groupon she responded very rude and said you had 90 days, honey, we are booked. Well...I didn’t know bc I have been working full time and going to school part time. I just wanted to get it done and relax but after that attitude, it’s not even worth it! Then after I told her that I was going to write a bad review, she had the nerve to call me back to say she didn’t care if I wrote a bad review. Really bad customer service attitude. I will never go there even if it was FREE! I highly RECOMMEND ...The Gallery Salon & Spa, Lakeview! Very sweet and nice people and the customer service is delightful!
