Story

Since graduating from Pennsylvania State University in 1997, Jivey has been living and loving life as a Philadelphian. With a degree in broadcasting and a background as a television producer, Jivey has worked on countless home renovation reality shows for networks like HGTV, TLC, DIY, and A&E. Her years in production in the real estate TV field naturally paved the way for a love of actual real estate, and in 2003 Jivey began buying and selling her own property in Philadelphia. As a resident and owner in the Fishtown/Kensington area, Jivey has watched so many Philadelphia neighborhoods grow and blossom first hand.

Jivey’s experience in television production and project management translates easily into her work as a real estate professional. She easy to speak to, detail oriented, highly organized, asks the right questions and listens closely to the spoken (and unspoken!) needs of her clients. While the task of buying or selling a home can be overwhelming, Jivey’s goal is to make the process as fun and stress free as possible. Jivey is fluent in Spanish as well as English, and works in all neighborhoods of Philadelphia. She is especially passionate about getting first time home buyers in on the ground floor of Philadelphia’s newest renaissance.
