I wish that I had another option for internet in my area, unfortunately I do not so keeping their overpriced internet service is a must......for now

The absolute worst service ever. I don't get channels, on demand an our tvs glitch out every 30 minutes for 5+ minutes at a time for no reason. The only thing they'll do is send another moron out to look at the tv then call another tech out to stand here looking at my tv for 4+ hours like ummm duhhh idk what to tell you they send someone out every week to say an do the same thing. Unkind to my kids. I've had this service for one month an am on the lowest of everything but have paid over 200$ already an when I call to ask about my bill I get attitude from every person in customer service, not one person has been able to help me either. top it off it takes forever to get to a human an the automated lady never gets me to the right person. I hate having to call these ppl every week to find out when I'll get the channels I pay for, on demand an when tf the tv will stop glitching mid show. We're thinking of just canceling our service an getting sling tv I loved that you can pick all the channels you want for 20$ a month. Spectrum always says one price when I'm already on the phone asking about my other problems than call to pay an owe a totally different price which is always way higher then previously told by at least over 20-40$ I advise y'all try sling tv or just nothing cuz it's not worth the money for such crappy service all around. I say every person ive dealt with from spectrum are all idiots who know nothing about internet, cable, phone or customer service. My 1yr old kids could do better an be nicer smh.

Friendly customer service and the people that hooked it up great service there as well. Only problem now since i moved i can't get them in my area now i hope soon they can expand their services.

Horrible service and horrible tv! Dvr constantly doesn't work! While watching tv it keeps on pausing or skipping and can't watch a whole show without a problem! Would never recommend charter to anyone!!!
