0/5 stars if that was an option. 0/10 would not recommend. Horrible connection service and customer service in-store can be rude and impatient. Support center on the phone got some nice people though. Yoooo this is the company that ALWAYS pulling frauds man. I had my own router and modem and they claimed that it was theirs when they didn’t have a Charter/Spectrum sticker on it? The hell. Said I’d be billed $35 for not returning my own stuff. Isssa trap. It happened to me and some of my friends. Don’t let it happen to you. Save your headache & money 😊

It is to bad they have a monopoly going. They can charge whatever they want. Service is good though.

Spectrum is terrible.my cable does not work or internet half the time but they still expect a months bill paid for there crappy equipment that does not work.only reason i am with them is because thats the only provider available to me.if i could give it a zero star i would.

Been with Charter Spectrum for years. The only reason my fiancée and I are still with them is because what choice do any of us have? They are allowed to monopolize this area. If you stay with them and are good customers, all you get is punished by them continuously raising their rates every year. You want internet, phone and TV? After being with them for years expect you will pay as much as a car payment. Also, costumer service could really use some work. Hey, if your a new customer you have it made for about a year!
