This place has went downhill since the start of the pandemic. The employees don't smile nor show any interest in you. The place is dirty, garbage over flowing and boxes and products everywhere. Went there today and I left immediately. Skids of water in the parking lot. The only coffee they had available was decaf and the other containers that usually hold, coffee looked dirty. The cappuccino machine was down like always and the pizza display they have, had old burnt, hard pizza in it. You wouldn't think you're in Grandview based on how the keep with the upkeep and homeless.

Avoid this location like to plague. I only write this review to protect other customers from going in this place and expecting a normal experience. If you want your day ruined or to be yelled at, or to be cussed at by speedway employees, this is the perfect place to go. There is a clear lack of leadership in this market for the employees who work at this location to continue to have jobs. It is utterly astonishing that the people who work here are allowed to stay on as employees. The only reason I write a negative review, is because we've been in here countless times over the last 3 months and every single time the employees were rude to us, rude to my employees, cussed at my daughter, yelled at my assistant, and just this morning yelled at 3 people standing in line when there was no cashier telling them to hold on a minute. Either there's a lack of regional leadership in this market, or there's zero training for the position, neither is surprising. Do yourself a favor, never go to this location. It's so bad that it's comical.

This place has been going downhill ever since they were purchased from Marathon Oil company. 7 eleven paid 21 billion dollars for a business and probably doesn't have the funds to probably maintain all of its new locations or the staff I'm sure covid has helped that. We know what 7-Eleven Stands for don't we ? 7 to 11% higher than retail. I'm sure for the prices they charge they can certainly afford to pay their staff a little better than maybe get better quality people that don't look like they came from a circus or the side show.

Best gas station ever I try to go there every night when I am with my dad very talkative employees at night

Matt is an incredible employee. I don't know Matt very well, but he's the type of person who would donate a kidney to his customers. Amazing. I love Matt and I love this Speedway for hiring him.

Bathroom is randomly closed, it's one thing if it's out of order but It seems to be based on who is working. The ups, Amazon, postal workers and all the food delivery drivers stop in for drinks and snacks and a BATHROOM.

Very helpful staff! The cashier was friendly and explained the benefits of becoming a steady customer. I'll be going back for future fill-ups1

Ever seen a gas station closed at 2 pm? That's the risk you run here.

If you say you're open, be open. I understand workers are hard to come by but stay open if you say you're open.

My partner went in to purchase cigarettes like we always have for 10 years. Jasmyn looked at his ID and said she couldn’t sell to him because his Is D said under 21. His birth year is 1996 and his ID is from Texas. I went in to buy mine and I didn’t even say anything and she said I am not selling to you either. She called the police and had us banned because she was cussing me out and said I have the right to refuse service to anyone. Even the police officers were laughing at her when they arrived. Speedway is a joke. They are more worried about their employees stealing than a shoplifter. Beside the point this location is the nastiest store standing in the entire speedway company. The general manager is a joke the staff rarely wears uniforms and the store is filthy. I will never patronize this or another speedway ever again knowing how the company is not customer focused and how they allow employees to flip off and cuss out customers.
