Love working out here. The employees are some of the nicest people, hardly wver crowded but when it is the other patrons are so friendly.

LOVE this fitness club. Laid back environment, friendly people, and fantastic instructors. Not your image oriented gym, but a down to earth place where both serious fitness enthusiasts and newbies can feel at home. There are classes specifically for the senior set, as well as advanced classes for the younger crowd. But don't be intimidated by the advanced level. Everyone works at their own pace and fitness level, with no pressure or judgment. The classes are fun and challenging, and the instructors are regularly changing things up to keep things fresh and new. There is a decent variety of cardio machines, a few of which are getting a bit old, hence the 4 star rating. The weight training equipment includes a good variety and number of machines and free weights. I wouldn't want to work out anywhere else.
